This
law prohibits smoking in most indoor workplaces and public
businesses including restaurants, bars, bowling alleys, and
bingo parlors. Based on the experiences of communities that
have enacted smoke-free laws, we have every expectation that the
vast majority of businesses and their customers will comply with
the law, and the enforcement will be minimal.
Smoking is prohibited effective
July 1, 2006, in the following places in the City of Fort Morgan
(including other places not listed):
> public buildings and public
meeting places;

rooms, courtrooms
> lobbies, reception areas,
hallways, and any other common-use areas;
> any place of employment that
is not exempted;
> educational institutions;
