To obtain the approval of the City Traffic Engineer for street closures for a specific event, forms must be completed and delivered to the Fort Morgan Police Department for approval (during Window Clerk hours listed below).  Click on the button for access to an electronic version of the required permit.  You must have Adobe Acrobat PDF software to read and print the forms.
