The City of Fort Morgan is accepting proposals for the Lease or Purchase of its Dark Fiber Network. Please review the complete Request for Proposal in the Related Documents section below, along with Attachments A, B, and C, and Clarification No. 1.

Multiple Proposals may be submitted; however, each Proposal must stand alone. All sealed proposals must be addressed to:

Mandatory Pre-Submittal Meeting:
A mandatory pre-submittal meeting will be held on Friday, March 19, 2010, at 10:30 am at City Hall, 110 Main Street. All prospective Respondents must attend this pre-submittal meeting in order for the City to accept the Respondent's Proposal. The City may hold one or more additional pre-submittal meetings and will announce them as addendums to the current RFP.
Questions:
Following the mandatory pre-submittal meeting, an additional question and answer process will be initiated between March 19, 2010, and March 24, 2010. Questions will be accepted by Email or fax at (970) 867-3039. The cutoff date and time for questions is Thursday, March 25, 2010, at 8:00 am.

| Proposals will be considered only from Respondents who are regularly engaged in the business of providing the products and/or services as described in the Proposal request; have a record of performance for a period of three years; and have sufficient financial support, equipment, and organization to ensure that they can satisfactorily deliver the products and/or services if awarded a contract. Only those attending the Pre-Submittal Meeting held on March 19, 2010, may submit final proposals. See the Sign-In Sheet below in Related Documents.

| Respondents are advised that any attempt by the Respondent or any of its employees, agents, contractors, or representatives to contact any members of City Council or City Staff or any member of City Administration, other than the person designated for inquiries, with respect to this RFP solicitation, will lead to disqualification.
