Probation Department
 

The Fort Morgan Municipal Court Probation Department is responsible for monitoring the compliance of subjects convicted of offenses within Municipal Court.  This office prepares pre-sentence investigation reports, monitors probation clients, develops treatment recommendations and testifies as to compliance in court.  Since the implementation of its Department objectives in 1995, the Probation Department has seen a significant decrease in repeat juvenile offenders. 

Mark Clark is the Probation Officer.  He joined the Fort Morgan Municipal Court in March 2007.  Prior to working at the FMPD, Mark worked for the State of Colorado's Probation Department in Fort Morgan.
